In addition to the casino, there is live racing on selected evenings throughout the year, as well as simulcast racing and off-track betting. The casino features more than 1,900 slots and video poker machines and a wide array of table games. In 1997, the racetrack owners added a casino, turning it into the popular destination it is today.
The racetrack has been in operation since 1933 and is the oldest racetrack in West Virginia.
